Working in Saudi Arabia

Points we plan for from day one

  • Arabic first, English too: interfaces, search and OCR that handle Arabic documents, stamps and bilingual records.
  • Data protection: access controls, audit trails and hosting choices reviewed against your internal requirements and applicable regulations such as the Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).
  • Cloud or on-premises: the choice depends on data sensitivity, hosting requirements and your IT team's capacity.
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do you work with Arabic and English documents?

Yes. Indexing fields, search and text recognition (OCR) are set up for both Arabic and English, and bilingual documents can be indexed by the fields your teams use in either language.

Can you digitize our paper archive on our premises?

Scope is agreed before the project starts, including where sorting and scanning take place, the folder structure, naming rules and delivery format, based on your security requirements and the size of the archive.

Do we need a new document management system?

Not always. We start by reviewing how documents are created, stored and approved today. Sometimes organizing structures, metadata and permissions in an existing system is enough; in other cases a dedicated DMS is the better option.
